According to Jam Petrochemical’s public relations department, Rezaei, the marketing and sales director, discussing Jam Petrochemical’s strategies for sales and export of its products, expressed: In pursuit of its goals, Jam Petrochemical has compiled its sales and export strategies in five designations.
The head of the board of directors of Jam Petrochemical Co., emphasizing the reduction of this company’s products to China, declared: “The strategy of changing the target market from China to other markets, for added-value growth and balancing presence in all target markets, is divided into four subdivisions:
1- 35-40% reduction of China’s market share from export goods
2- 50% expansion of Europe and Turkey’s market shares
3- 30% expansion of the CIS region market share (commonwealth)
4- Expansion of export markets and beginning the competition of Jam Petrochemical products in Africa
The marketing and sales director of Jam Petrochemical, discussing the second strategy of the company, and pointing to the variety of Poly-ethylene products, said: Variation of Poly-ethylene products, based on demand and supplying the needs of international and domestic markets, is the second strategy of the company.
In continuation, Rezaei expressed the third and the fourth strategy of Jam Petrochemical as follows:
- Addition of CAPS & CLOSER-grade Heavy Poly-ethylene products to Jam Petrochemical line of products, for the first time, aiming to eliminate the imports of this product, and
- The experimental placement of YARAN-grade Poly-ethylene products to this company’s line of products for the first time.
In conclusion, emphasizing the company’s slogan of being global and different, he added: The fifth strategy is increasing (more than 5%) the sales volume in the domestic market, aimed at supporting inferior production industries.
