Based on Jam Petrochemical public relations and international affairs, Dr. Saeedi said that the presence in fairs such as K2019 highlights the strengths and weaknesses of the company. He believed: “At trade fairs, customers have spoken and their voices heard accurately. So, they identify and represent the company's faults. This voice, rarely, heard from companies and finding problems after every fair, according to the voice of customers, is the central task of any company.”
