Appointing Mr. Shea’ri Moghadam as CEO of Iran National Petrochemical Company
Mr. Abbas Shea’ri Moghadam was appointed as CEO of Iran National Petrochemical Company by issuing a decree of the Oil Minister.

According to Jam Petrochemical Complex public relations, Mr. Abbas Shea’ri Moghadam who was managing director of large petrochemical complexes including Imam Khomeini Port previously, was appointed as CEO of Iran National Petrochemical Company.

The report adds Mr. Abbas Shea’ri Moghadam was born in 1943. He got his master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Amir Kabir University in Tehran in June 1966.

He previously served as Nebco CEO. Mr. Shea’ri Moghadam has served as managing director assistant in Nebco from September 12010 to August 2013, Arya Sasol Polymer Co. CEO from 2008 to 2011, CEO of Bakhtar Petrochemical Co. (Ltd) from 2006 to 2008, chairman of board of directors and CEO of Imam Khomeini Petrochemical Co. (Ltd) from 1994 to 2006 and board of directors’ member of National Petrochemical Industries Co. and technical manager as well as operation manager of that company from 1983 to 2004.

Mr. Shea’ri Moghadam has also served in different supervision and managerial levels in Shiraz Petrochemical Complex from 1966 to 1983.
