There Was Held the Eighth Forum Monthly Meeting of Directors, Chiefs and Presidents of JAM Petrochemical Company with the Presence of the Managing Director
According to JAM petrochemical complex public relations, the eighth forum monthly meeting of directors, chiefs and presidents of JAM petrochemical company was held with the presence of Sepahdar Ansari Nik, the managing director of JAM petrochemical company, and the directors and chiefs of different units in the conference hall of the company on October 8, 2013.
This report adds: the purpose of this meeting was to review and improve the plans and goals of the year 2013-2014 and to analyze and criticize the monthly performance of the company. The meeting began with the presentation of the monthly activity report of the complex production units and the reasons of suspensions; then, the directors and presidents of different units debated about their activities and carried out plans.
Further, a thorough report about the organizational culture project and preparing organizational culture strategies for JAM petrochemical company was presented by JAM Human Recourses Consultants Team. In addition, the activities done in this field namely specifying cultural values and organizational culture measuring tools of Jam petrochemical company together with other administrative stages of the plan to reach a model for JAM petrochemical company organizational culture were discussed in the meeting.
Mr. Faraj Nejad, the chief of process engineering of National Petrochemical Company, also rendered a report with productivity approach about the assessment of JAM performance after which the required decisions were made about this issue by the managing director and announced to all units.
At the end of this meeting, HSEQ Institute presented a report about energy management revisions project. Having considered the reports of all units, Mr. Sepahdar Ansari Nik highlighted the current position of JAM petrochemical company as one of the leading companies in Iran petrochemical industry the high capacity, efficiency, and effect of which is quite significant and noticeable.
He also put emphasis on considering the productivity approach in the organization, appropriate energy management, and making use of technical knowledge and experts’ capabilities in the complex.
