Forming Human Force Committee promises change and development in delivering services and leading human force in Jam petrochemical complex.
According to JPC public relations, Mr. Mohammadyar Daftari, the president of Human Force Committee and one of the BD members, said that the reasons for forming this committee are the significance of human force issue and its determining role in achieving organisational goals, and the necessity of designing and developing policies and strategic plans in human resource area.
He states, “in JPC managing director’s mandates, developing strategic views for producing human force policies based on work-related regulations is considered.”
Having pointed to Mr. Hashemzadeh’s positive approach and his emphasis on human force related issues, Mr. Daftari added: “forming this committee promises change and development in delivering services and leading human force in Jam petrochemical complex.” He expressed his hope and said, “in close future, we will investigate human force issues and embark on facilitating them by prioritizing.”
After acknowledging the formation of the first Human Force Committee with the presence of JPC respectable managing director and defining the required frameworks in this committee, he added that in line with this, some supplementary committees including wages and salaries, recruitment and organizing Human force, cultural, welfare and sports, missions, travels and gatherings will be formed in order to carry out similar programs.
