There was held ‘Organizational Culture and Development’ educational course with the presence of some managers, chiefs, Heads, and supervisors of JPC units.
According to JPC public relations, ‘Organizational Culture and Development’ educational course was being held with the presence of Dr. Seyyed Hashem Hedayati and a group of managers, chiefs, Heads, and supervisors of JPC units for three days in JPC conference hall.
Different subjects namely ‘Components and levels of organizational culture’, ‘Introduction to organizational culture models and patterns’, ‘Aspects and indexes of organizational culture’, ‘The role of organizational culture in organizational development’, and ‘Knowing, assessing and improving organizational culture and its strategies’ were covered in this course.
Of note, this managerial course which has been held following the ‘Organizational Culture and Strategy’ project is specifically for officials. This project has been started with the cooperation of the strategy consultant and Organizational Excellence Committee of the company some months ago and it is expected that the analyzed results and reports will be extracted till the end of the third month of the year 2014 and will be used in next plans.
