According to JPC public relations, Mr. Ali Akbar Hosseini, the chief of JPC overhaul operations, informed about forming sensitive machinery team and said “being forward-looking and educating experienced experts guarantee the complex survival. There are always some machines in production complexes at which we should have specific views. These machines are called sensitive machines due to their significance, role and special function. There exist more than forty-six sensitive machines in Jam Petrochemical Company which need to be monitored specifically and under special conditions. Hence, special teams with specific expertise are active in the complex under the title of sensitive machinery. By making use of experienced, expert and young workforce, these teams always monitor the conditions of machinery and avoid temporary production stop by their well-timed responses.
Mr. Hosseinin added: in order to ensure optimum functions of machines and minimize or even remove possible stops, a strong team of sensitive machinery is about to be formed and equipped which will be useful and practical for the complex, region and the whole industry in the future. “We will make use of experienced and expert people in the field of sensitive machinery, repairs, technical services and other units related to machinery. By forming this team, we aim to remove temporary production stops. Further, by conveying the veterans’ experiences to young and naive workforce and educating them we will be able to provide a good support for the future of the complex.”
