The End of Chess Championships with Butene-1 Unit Winning the Games
Chess championships were held among jam petrochemical complex units.

According to JPC public relations, Round 2 of JPC chess championships was started in July 2013 with the presence of eight teams namely Bureaucratic, Butene-1, PE, PP, HD, Overhauls, Phase-II, and Laboratory and finished in January 2014 after seven challenging rounds with the championship of Butene-1 unit.

The report adds: There were 60 competitors from different teams. One interesting thing about these games was that the first top three teams were not definite till the last game. Based on the game table Butene-1, Overhauls, Laboratory, and PE teams were top four teams and at the end Butene-1 team achieved 16.5 rating points and went to the first place.

The overhaul team also gained the same score and went to the second place. Achieving 14.5 rating points, the Laboratory team defeated PE team and went to the third place.

Of note, in this round those who achieved the highest rating points were Mr. Mohammad Chamsar Chamani with 6 points and without losing any game, Mr. arash Yahyaee with 6 points, and Mr. Mohammad Mehdi Azizi with 5.5 points.
