Assessing Petrochemical Industry Excellence Award
The fourth period of ‘Petrochemical Industry Excellence Award Assessment’ was done in Jam Petrochemical Company.

According to JPC Public Relations, At the begging of the closing ceremony held with the presence of Seyyed Ali Beheshtian, JPC managing director, Mr. Hassan Ali Pakravan, JPC president, EFQM assessing team, and managers and chiefs of JPC different units, the assessors presented their primary report about organizational excellent assessment which was based on fundamental principles of EFQM model. After that Mr. Ali Beheshtian emphasized the importance of excellence seeking and moving towards improvement based on exact planning, as well as making use of the outcomes and results and feedback reports in order to prepare improve plans.

The report adds: in this meeting, Mr. Reza Yousefi Koudhi, the supervisor of JPC HSEQ unit, said, “considering JPC approach based on active presence in international contexts and excellence in Petrochemical Industry of the country as well as assessing the growth and excellence trend, this assessment and comparing its pros and cons with those of other active parties in the market is of great significance.”

He added: “In JPC fourth participation in the fourth period of Petrochemical Industry Excellence Award, the assessing team of Excellence Secretariat went to Jam Petrochemical Complex and held multiple meetings with managers, experts, and chiefs in order to assess current processes in organizational maturity ratings on February 3-5, 2014. Considering the comprehensiveness of EFQM model, this appraisal is a good opportunity to show all colleagues’ capabilities and attempts. Further, by comparing this up-to-date model’s criteria, the possibility of recording organizational improvement opportunities will be provided.”
