The "Employee Mental Health and Professional Wellbeing" programme begins at Jam Petrochemical's head office

A comprehensive programme for employee mental health and professional wellbeing has begun at the Tehran head office, aimed at improving the quality of working life and raising organisational productivity.

According to Jam Petrochemical's public and international relations office, the "Employee Mental Health and Professional Wellbeing" programme formally began on Monday 29 Ordibehesht at the Tehran head office under the scientific direction of Dr. Morteza Rostami, with the aim of increasing satisfaction and peace of mind and improving employees' professional performance.

The programme was designed and is being delivered in cooperation with the welfare and social services unit and with the participation of a specialist team of psychologists and organisational consultants, and comprises a set of interventions in the field of mental health.

Within this framework, training workshops, individual counselling sessions and interactive meetings will be held on themes such as "mental health in the workplace", managing work-related stress, effective communication skills, organisational resilience and improving the quality of working life.

Delivering this programme is an effective step toward caring for employees' mental health and improving job satisfaction measures within the organisation.
